Policies

All package plans must be completed within the expiration date from time of purchase. There are absolutely no exceptions.

Cancellations or rescheduling must be done within 24 hours of appointment. There’s no excuse as to why you can’t cancel or reschedule  at that time due to an email and text message being submitted to you 24 and 12 hours prior to your appointment. If your appointment is cancelled within 8 hours of your session, there will be a $50 fee. If you are a no call/no show, you will be charged for the full amount of the session.

ALL SESSIONS ARE NONREFUNDABLE AND NONTRANSFERRABLE!!!

Traveling Fees:

Within 30 minutes of travel- $50

Within 60 minutes of travel- $100

60 minutes or more- $100 per hour
