Policies
All package plans must be completed within the expiration date from time of purchase. There are absolutely no exceptions.
Cancellations or rescheduling must be done within 24 hours of appointment. There’s no excuse as to why you can’t cancel or reschedule at that time due to an email and text message being submitted to you 24 and 12 hours prior to your appointment. If your appointment is cancelled within 8 hours of your session, there will be a $50 fee. If you are a no call/no show, you will be charged for the full amount of the session.
ALL SESSIONS ARE NONREFUNDABLE AND NONTRANSFERRABLE!!!
Traveling Fees:
Within 30 minutes of travel- $50
Within 60 minutes of travel- $100
60 minutes or more- $100 per hour
Booking Your Sessions
All packages are paid for in FULL. Once your package is purchased, you will be able to book your sessions thereafter.
Each package holder will receive the amount of sessions paid for per package. It is imperative that everyone books their sessions in advance to ensure there aren't any sessions missed. By any chance there's a reason that either I or the client has to miss a session due to an emergency, the session can be made up. If you forget to do so, your session will be lost.
Last, but not least...I thank God for each and every one of you! Without you I'm nothing. I praise God for sending you all my way, and providing me with the tools necessary to help you.
